SOUND OBJECTS I II III
Soundobjects I II III are works in which the sound and vibration of a tone are brought very close together in the experience of those involved. For her first sound sculptures she searched for new possibilities beyond those of existing instruments. In doing so, she did not attempt to create original sounds or exceptionally shaped objects, but rather to create new physical sensations. Through her formal experimentation with ceramics, she succeeded to move the vibrations from the belly or the hands of the ‘player’.
